Vendor 2023 Fee information:

  • Application Fee: $20 - we will not review your application until this has been received

  • Full Season (single tent): $300 

  • Full Season (double tent): $600 

  • Full Season (food truck): $450

  • Single Day (single tent): $25/day

  • Single Day (double tent): $50/day 

  • Single Day (food truck): $40/day

Tent sizing: a single tent is 10'x10' and anything over that will be classified as a double tent. No tent space can exceed 10'x20'. 

Payment Schedule: 

  • Full season payments are due in full by June 1st, or in two installments on June 1st and August 1st

  • Single-day payments are due in full 1 week ahead of time to reserve your spot. If not received by that time, your spot may be given to another vendor. (New as of 2023)

PLEASE NOTE: Paying any of these vendor fees will not guarantee you a table at the market. If you pay a vendor fee before submitting an application and being accepted, your order will be reimbursed.

All vendor fees can also be paid in-person or by mail as cash, check, or credit card payment at the Market Information Booth.
